Position: Loans Specialist

As a Loans Specialist at Quick Lending, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with their loan applications and guiding them through the borrowing process. You will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting credit assessments, and recommending suitable loan products to meet our customers’ financial needs. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by providing them with access to the funds they need to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on established criteria
• Conduct credit assessments to assess the risk profile of applicants
• Recommend suitable loan products and terms to customers based on their financial circumstances
• Guide customers through the loan application process and answer any questions they may have
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of lending principles and credit analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred)
