QuickenBuild is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Bathroom Remodeling Specialist

As a Bathroom Remodeling Specialist at QuickenBuild, you will be responsible for transforming outdated bathrooms into functional and beautiful spaces. Your duties will include:

– Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences
– Creating detailed remodeling plans and cost estimates
– Overseeing the remodeling process from start to finish
– Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
– Collaborating with other team members, including designers and contractors

Requirements:

– At least 3 years of experience in bathroom remodeling
– Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship

Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer at QuickenBuild, you will play a key role in creating innovative and sustainable design solutions for our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

– Developing architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
– Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements
– Incorporating green building practices and energy-efficient design principles
– Working closely with construction engineers and contractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
– Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
– Knowledge of sustainable building practices and LEED certification is a plus
– Excellent project management and organizational skills

Construction Engineer

As a Construction Engineer at QuickenBuild, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of our projects. Your duties will include:

– Conducting site visits and assessments
– Developing construction plans and schedules
– Managing subcontractors and vendors
– Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
– Resolving any issues or challenges that arise during construction

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
– Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
– Proven experience in construction project management
– Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
