Position: Line Cook

Are you a passionate cook with experience in barbecue cuisine? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team? If so, we want to hear from you! R & K Barbecue is currently seeking a talented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of barbecue dishes to perfection, ensuring that each plate that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook barbecue dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and is always fresh
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Line Cook in a barbecue restaurant or similar environment
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on food quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Position: Server

Do you have a passion for providing top-notch customer service? Are you a people person who enjoys interacting with guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience? If so, we want you on our team! R & K Barbecue is currently hiring Servers to join our front of house staff. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing friendly and efficient service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Server in a restaurant setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our guests
