We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Machine Shop Technician:

Job Title: Machine Shop Technician

Location: Houston, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve production processes
• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a machine shop technician or similar role
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of machine tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
