Position: Welder

We are currently seeking skilled welders to join our team at R & N Mfg. As a welder, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all welding tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and precision. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to fabricate and assemble metal components according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques
• Operate welding machines to fabricate and assemble metal parts
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Follow strict safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Certification in welding techniques is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
