Position: Accounting Services/Bookkeeping Specialist

R & R Business Management is a growing firm that specializes in providing high-quality accounting services and bookkeeping solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Accounting Services/Bookkeeping Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records for clients
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Assist clients with budgeting and forecasting
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Provide support during audits and tax season
• Communicate with clients to answer any accounting-related questions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is a plus
