At R Z Enterprises USA Inc, we are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team of Home Builders and Building Contractors. If you have a passion for construction, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Home Builder

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the construction of custom homes from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Supervise on-site construction teams and communicate progress to clients
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Home Builder or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Title: Building Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project specifications and blueprints to determine material and labor requirements
• Estimate project costs and prepare competitive bids for potential clients
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Building Contractor or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
