Position: Sushi Chef
Are you passionate about Japanese cuisine and skilled in the art of sushi making? RA Sushi Bar Restaurant is currently seeking experienced Sushi Chefs to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent knife skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Food Handler’s certification is a plus
