• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Licensed Marriage, Family, Child & Individual Counselor
• Experience working with a diverse population
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to counseling

Job Title: Marriage & Family Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to couples and families
• Facilitate therapy sessions to address relationship issues and conflicts
• Help clients develop communication and conflict resolution skills
• Collaborate with clients to identify goals and develop treatment plans
• Offer support and guidance to clients throughout the therapeutic process

Qualifications:

• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
• Experience working with couples and families
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Excellent listening and counseling skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Job Title: Psychotherapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to clients with a range of mental health concerns
• Conduct assessments to diagnose mental health disorders
• Develop treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs and goals
• Offer support and guidance to clients in a therapeutic setting
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychotherapist
• Experience working in a mental health setting
• Knowledge of different therapeutic modalities
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
