Position: General Contractor

As a General Contractor at Rah Contractors, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Maintain a safe working environment for all workers on site

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
