Position: Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to restaurant recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a seafood restaurant or similar establishment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating culinary delights
• Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus

Position: Server

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
• Upsell menu items and promote specials

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of seafood and American cuisine

Position: Catering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate catering events from start to finish
• Work closely with clients to create customized menus
• Manage catering staff and ensure exceptional service at events
• Oversee food preparation, delivery, and setup at events

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in catering or event planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
