Position: Director of Music Ministry

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the music ministry team in planning and executing worship services
• Select appropriate music for each service, ensuring it aligns with the ministry’s values and message
• Recruit, train, and mentor musicians and singers
• Collaborate with the pastoral team to ensure a cohesive worship experience
• Oversee the production of music recordings for distribution and outreach

Qualifications

• Strong background in music theory and performance
• Experience leading a music ministry team in a church or religious organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
