Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of criminal cases, including misdemeanors and felonies
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Negotiate plea deals and settlements
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Provide legal advice to clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Bar in the state where you will be practicing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing criminal law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
