We are Hiring: Optical Goods Specialist
Are you passionate about helping people see clearly and look their best? Do you have excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for fashion? If so, we are looking for an Optical Goods Specialist to join our team at Ramirez Family Eyecare!
Job Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting the perfect eyewear to meet their vision needs and style preferences
- Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles
- Take accurate measurements for eyeglass fittings
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Process orders and maintain inventory of optical goods
- Ensure the overall presentation of the optical department is welcoming and organized
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the optical industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of different lens types and frame materials
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using optical equipment for measurements and adjustments
