Position: Psychiatrist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients with mental health disorders
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to provide coordinated care for patients
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment goals
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Board certification in psychiatry
• Valid state medical license
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
