We are Hiring:

Position: General Contractor

We are currently looking for a skilled General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in project management software
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred)

Position: Building Contractor

We are also seeking a highly motivated Building Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction crews
• Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in building construction
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Certification in construction management or related field (preferred)
