• Flooring Sales Associate
• Home Center Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Flooring Sales Associate:

• Assist customers in selecting the right floor materials and products for their needs
• Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction

Home Center Specialist:

• Manage inventory levels and product displays in the home center
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide support in purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Flooring Installation Technician:

• Install various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet
• Accurately measure and cut materials to fit the space accordingly
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all installations

Estimator/Project Manager:

• Visit client sites to take measurements and assess flooring needs
• Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals for clients
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the flooring industry is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
