Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated General Practice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to:

• Business law
• Real estate law
• Employment law
• Estate planning
• Family law

The General Practice Attorney will be responsible for providing legal guidance and representation to clients, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and representing clients in court proceedings when necessary. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures in various practice areas
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
