Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe is a popular restaurant chain known for serving up delicious Creole and Cajun-inspired dishes with a twist. With locations throughout the southern United States, we are committed to providing our guests with a unique dining experience that keeps them coming back for more. We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional food and service to our customers.

Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and standards. This position requires someone with a passion for food and a keen eye for detail. If you have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are familiar with Creole and Cajun cuisine, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Knowledge of Creole and Cajun cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Food handler’s certification is preferred
