Job Title: Garage Door Technician

Job Description:

As a Garage Door Technician at RB Garage Doors, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial garage doors and openers. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair garage doors and openers according to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose issues with garage door systems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Provide accurate estimates and explanations to customers regarding services needed
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work van, keeping track of inventory and tools

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with garage doors and openers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
