Real Faith Christian Fellowship is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team in various roles within our church and social service organizations. If you are looking for a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while growing in your faith, we invite you to apply for the following positions:

Positions Available:

1. Community Outreach Coordinator

– Develop and implement outreach programs to serve the needs of the community
– Coordinate volunteers and resources for community events and initiatives
– Build relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance collaboration

2. Youth Ministry Leader

– Lead and oversee our youth ministry programs and activities
– Mentor and disciple young people in their faith journey
– Organize events and trips for youth group members

3. Social Services Coordinator

– Manage and coordinate social service programs for individuals and families in need
– Provide support and resources to those facing challenges such as homelessness, addiction, or mental health issues
– Collaborate with local agencies and organizations to enhance service delivery

4. Worship Team Member

– Singers, musicians, and technical support positions available
– Participate in weekly worship services and special events
– Rehearse and prepare music for services under the direction of the Worship Leader

Requirements:

– Strong faith and commitment to Christian values
– Relevant experience and/or education in the specific field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
– Passion for serving others and making a positive impact in the community
