We are Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. General Contractor:

As a general contractor at Real Group, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project timelines and budgets
• Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Client communication and satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting, strong project management skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

2. Building Contractor:

As a building contractor at Real Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of specific buildings within a project. Key responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans
• Leading a team of construction workers
• Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
• Quality control and safety compliance

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building contracting, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general contracting or building contracting
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications or licenses
