Clinical Psychologist

As a Clinical Psychologist at Real Talk, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy to clients. You will work closely with a team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Providing evidence-based therapy to clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
• Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of [insert state]
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to clients with a variety of mental health issues
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
