Employment Consultant

As an employment consultant at Recruitment Intelligence, your primary responsibility will be to match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities. You will work closely with both job seekers and employers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a successful placement for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications
• Identify suitable job opportunities based on candidates’ preferences and career goals
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers

Qualifications:
