Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. While previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, we also welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Some specific qualifications for each position include:

Front Desk Associate:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)

Housekeeping Staff:

• Attention to detail
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving objects
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and products

Restaurant Server:

• Customer service experience
• Food handler’s certification (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Maintenance Technician:

• Experience in building maintenance or related field
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Problem-solving skills
