Position: Waiter/Waitress

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as waiters/waitresses. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a positive dining experience by providing excellent service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:

• Greets customers warmly and escorts them to their tables
• Provides menu recommendations and takes orders promptly
• Delivers food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Checks on customers throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction
• Cleans and resets tables for the next guests
• Handles customer inquiries and resolves any issues professionally

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
