We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Social Services Coordinator

As a Social Services Coordinator at Refuge Church Our Lord Jesus, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing social service programs for our congregation and the community. This role involves working closely with individuals in need, providing support and resources to help improve their quality of life.

• Develop and implement social service programs to address the needs of our congregation and community members.
• Provide counseling and support services to individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, addiction, or mental health issues.
• Collaborate with local organizations and agencies to provide additional support and resources to those in need.

2. Youth Outreach Coordinator

As a Youth Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to engage and support the youth in our community. This role involves organizing events, workshops, and activities that promote spiritual growth, leadership development, and community involvement among young people.

• Plan and coordinate youth events, workshops, and activities that promote positive social connections and spiritual growth.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to young people in our community, helping them navigate challenges and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with church leaders and volunteers to ensure a supportive and welcoming environment for youth participants.

3. Worship Leader

As a Worship Leader at Refuge Church Our Lord Jesus, you will be responsible for leading our congregation in worship and praise through music and spiritual teachings. This role involves selecting and performing music, leading congregational singing, and delivering messages of faith and inspiration.

• Lead worship services and special events, guiding the congregation in prayer, song, and reflection.
• Select and perform music that aligns with our church’s values and teachings, creating a meaningful worship experience for attendees.
• Deliver messages of faith and inspiration during services, connecting with congregants and encouraging spiritual growth.

Requirements:

• Passion for serving others and spreading the message of love and faith.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
• Experience in social services, youth outreach, or worship leadership is preferred but not required.
