As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Inspection Service Technician.

Job Title: Inspection Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct residential and commercial mold inspections using state-of-the-art equipment
• Collect and analyze samples for laboratory testing
• Interpret testing results and provide detailed reports to clients
• Educate clients on mold prevention strategies and remediation options
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and results
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mold inspection or related field
• Hold a valid certification in mold testing and inspection (e.g., CMI, Certified Mold Inspector)
• Demonstrated knowledge of mold types, causes, and remediation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and navigate through various environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
