Position: General Practice Attorney

As a General Practice Attorney at Rendon & Associates, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters. From drafting legal documents to representing clients in court, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal solutions to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and analyzing complex legal issues
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general practice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Position: Workers Compensation Assistance

We are also looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Workers Compensation Assistance. In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys to provide support and assistance to clients seeking compensation for work-related injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of workers compensation claims
• Communicating with clients and insurance companies
• Gathering medical records and other pertinent information
• Conducting research on relevant laws and regulations
• Attending hearings and meetings with clients

Requirements:

• Associate degree in paralegal studies or a related field
• Previous experience working in workers compensation or a similar area of law
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
