Position Available: Interior Designer

Job Description

At Renovate, we are currently seeking experienced and talented Interior Designers to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions that enhance their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
• Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
• Manage project implementation and provide oversight to ensure design intent is achieved
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Available: Remodeling Contractor

Job Description

Renovate is also looking for skilled Remodeling Contractors to join our team. As a Remodeling Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the remodeling process, from demolition to final finishing touches. You will work closely with our clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met on all projects
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
• Problem-solve and make decisions as needed to keep projects on track

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling
• General contractor’s license preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
