Position: Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
• Provide recommendations to guests on local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Handle reservations and cancellations efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong problem-solving abilities
