We are Hiring for the Following Position:

Position: Hospice Nurse

Location: Multiple locations

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift, night shift, and weekend shift available

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to hospice patients
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
• Ensure patient comfort and dignity at all times
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in team meetings and educational programs

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, hospice experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of end-of-life care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
