We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Consultant at Resource Staffing, you will play a crucial role in matching talented individuals with top organizations to help them achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate interviews, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruitment software and databases
