Job Description

We are currently seeking a Fire & Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others in their time of need. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency restoration calls, assessing damages, and performing restoration services to mitigate further damage to properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to emergency restoration calls in a timely manner
• Assessing damages caused by fire, water, or other disasters
• Performing restoration services such as water extraction, drying, deodorizing, and cleaning
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
• Documenting restoration process and communicating with property owners
• Ensuring work is completed according to industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in fire and water damage restoration is preferred
• IICRC certification in Fire & Water Damage Restoration is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
