Position Available: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at ReveMoto.com, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Process orders and returns
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns
• Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to coordinate orders

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of automobile parts and supplies is a plus
