We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help us in our mission to restore homes and businesses affected by water damage in the Houston area.

Job Title: Water Damage Restoration Technician

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water damage restoration calls in a timely manner
• Assess and document the extent of water damage in homes and businesses
• Extract water and dry affected areas using specialized equipment
• Remove damaged materials and belongings from the site
• Set up and monitor drying equipment to ensure effective drying process
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold growth
• Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in water damage restoration preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Certifications in water damage restoration a plus
