Job Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Consumer Electronics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for consumer electronics and a strong understanding of the latest trends in the industry. As a Consumer Electronics Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their electronics needs, providing technical support, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone
• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting
• Demonstrate and promote Rice Electronics products to increase sales
• Stay up-to-date on the latest consumer electronics trends and technologies
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our products
• Handle product returns and exchanges according to company policies

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Demonstrated knowledge of consumer electronics products and technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
