Physician & Surgeon – Organ Transplants Specialist

Richard J. Knight, MD, FACS is a renowned healthcare provider specializing in organ transplants. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician & Surgeon specialized in organ transplants to join our team.

Position: Physician & Surgeon – Organ Transplants

Responsibilities:

• Perform organ transplant surgeries, including kidney, liver, heart, lung, and pancreas transplants
• Evaluate potential transplant recipients and donors
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to transplant patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including transplant coordinators, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in transplant selection committee meetings
• Conduct research in the field of organ transplantation
• Participate in educational activities, including teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of organ transplantation

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in General Surgery and Transplant Surgery
• Fellowship training in organ transplantation
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state
• Proven experience in performing organ transplant surgeries
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of transplant medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
