We are Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:

• Bankruptcy Attorney
• Debt Relief Specialist
• Foreclosure Prevention Counselor

Job Responsibilities:

Bankruptcy Attorney:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings
• Provide legal advice and counsel regarding bankruptcy laws
• Develop strategies to help clients achieve debt relief
• Handle all aspects of bankruptcy cases from start to finish

Debt Relief Specialist:

• Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate debt relief solutions
• Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to reduce debt obligations
• Develop personalized debt management plans for clients
• Educate clients on financial literacy and budgeting

Foreclosure Prevention Counselor:

• Assist clients in understanding their options to avoid foreclosure
• Negotiate with lenders to modify loan terms and prevent foreclosure
• Guide clients through the loan modification process
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients stay in their homes

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A law degree and active bar membership for the Bankruptcy Attorney position
• Strong knowledge of bankruptcy laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in bankruptcy law, debt relief, or foreclosure prevention is preferred
