Job Responsibilities

• Meet with families to make funeral arrangements and assist them in selecting appropriate services
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of funeral services, including preparing the body, coordinating transportation, and organizing the ceremony
• Provide grief support and counseling to families in need
• Handle administrative tasks such as completing legal documents, managing budgets, and maintaining records
• Work closely with vendors, clergy, and other professionals to ensure that all arrangements are executed smoothly

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Funeral Director in the state of [insert state]
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills
