As a Real Estate Agent at Richland Investments, Inc., you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will use your expertise in the real estate market to guide clients through the buying or selling process, negotiate contracts, and provide valuable advice. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and transactions are completed smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest trends and developments
• Negotiate and finalize contracts on behalf of clients
• Provide guidance and advice to clients throughout the real estate transaction process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Valid real estate agent license
• Proven experience as a real estate agent
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driven, motivated, and goal-oriented
