We are Hiring for the Following Positions:

• Bar Manager
• Bartender
• Servers
• Security Guard

Bar Manager

As a Bar Manager at Rich’s Houston, you will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Bartender

Our bartenders play a crucial role in creating the unique atmosphere at Rich’s Houston. We are looking for talented individuals who are skilled in crafting cocktails, have excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a high-energy environment. Previous experience in a busy nightclub or bar is preferred.

Servers

Servers at Rich’s Houston are the face of our establishment, providing guests with attentive service and ensuring that their needs are met throughout their visit. We are seeking individuals who are personable, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Security Guard

Our security team plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and staff. We are looking for individuals who are licensed, reliable, and have experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism are essential.
