Right Fit Day Care is a premier child care center located in the heart of the city. We provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. Our team is dedicated to fostering the social, emotional, and intellectual development of each child in our care. Right Fit Day Care is currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team. We have openings for both full-time and part-time positions in various roles within our child care center. Job Openings

1. Child Care Provider

– Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
– Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
– Build positive relationships with children and families
– Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom

2. Early Childhood Educator

– Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines
– Assess children’s progress and communicate with parents
– Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment
– Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education

3. Assistant Director

– Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the child care center
– Provide support and guidance to staff members
– Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations
– Assist in curriculum development and implementation

Qualifications

– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous experience working with children preferred
– Early childhood education or child development background a plus
– CPR and First Aid certification required (can be obtained after hire)
– Ability to pass a background check
