Preschool Teacher

As a preschool teacher at Rise School of Houston, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and helping them reach their full potential. You will create a safe and engaging learning environment, develop age-appropriate lesson plans, and provide individualized support to each child. Our ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and dedicated to early childhood education.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and lesson plans
• Provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Assess each child’s developmental needs and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Texas teaching certification
• Previous experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood education
