As a Party & Event Planner at RKCA Casino Parties, you will be responsible for creating customized event experiences for our clients. Your duties will include:
– Collaborating with clients to understand their event vision and requirements
– Planning and coordinating all aspects of the event, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and more
– Managing timelines and budgets to ensure the event is executed successfully
– Overseeing event setup and addressing any issues that may arise during the event
– Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
As a Party Favors, Supplies & Services specialist at RKCA Casino Parties, you will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and providing party favors, supplies, and services for our events. Your duties will include:
– Researching and selecting party favors and supplies that meet our clients’ needs and budget
– Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of party favors and supplies
– Setting up and arranging party favors and supplies at events
– Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests
As a Family & Business Entertainer at RKCA Casino Parties, you will be responsible for engaging guests and creating a fun atmosphere at our events. Your duties will include:
– Performing as a magician, DJ, or other entertainer to entertain guests
– Engaging with guests and encouraging participation in games and activities
– Ensuring guests have a great time and leave with fond memories of the event
To be considered for a position at RKCA Casino Parties, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
– Prior experience in event planning, entertainment, or related fields
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
