Job Title: Freight Forwarding Specialist

Location: Multiple locations across the United States

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Negotiate rates with carriers and third-party logistics providers
• Prepare and process documentation for international shipments
• Manage relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
