1. Automotive Technician

As an Automotive Technician at Road Readi, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle issues. Duties include:
– Performing maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
– Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical problems.
– Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean work environment.
– Working efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

2. Roadside Assistance Technician

As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you will respond to customer calls for help on the road. Responsibilities include:
– Providing jump starts, tire changes, lockout services, and fuel delivery.
– Ensuring customer safety and comfort while resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.
– Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate service.
– Upholding company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.

3. Truck Service Technician

As a Truck Service Technician at Road Readi, you will work on a variety of commercial vehicles. Duties include:
– Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
– Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on trucks and trailers.
– Conducting roadside service and towing for commercial vehicles.
– Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in auto repair and service preferred.
– Certification from a technical school or automotive program.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
