Position: Driving Instructor

Job Description

As a driving instructor at Road Ready Driving School, you will be responsible for teaching students how to drive safely and confidently. Your primary duties will include providing behind-the-wheel instruction, conducting driving lessons, and evaluating students’ driving abilities. You will work closely with students of all ages and experience levels to help them develop the knowledge and skills they need to pass their driving tests and become safe, responsible drivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide behind-the-wheel instruction to students
• Conduct driving lessons in a safe and professional manner
• Evaluate students’ driving abilities and provide constructive feedback
• Develop customized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student
• Ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
• Adhere to all state laws and regulations related to driving instruction

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Previous experience as a driving instructor preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient and supportive demeanor
• Ability to work with students of all ages and experience levels
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
