We are currently seeking a talented and motivated General Practice Attorney to join our team at Roberson Law Firm. Our team of experienced attorneys is dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients in various practice areas.

Position: General Practice Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings
• Negotiate settlements and handle alternative dispute resolution

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in general practice law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
