Position: Bankruptcy Law Attorney

As a Bankruptcy Law Attorney at Robert Alton Jones, you will be responsible for handling a variety of bankruptcy cases, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and guidance. You will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about bankruptcy law, detail-oriented, and dedicated to helping those in financial distress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare and file legal documents
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Work closely with clients and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bankruptcy law
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
